Privacy
The details you send through the request form (name, email, phone, dates, message) are used only to answer your request and manage any booking. They are never sold or shared with third parties, and are kept for no more than three years after our last contact.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to contact@cannes-palme-azur.com. You may also contact the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. The map is provided by OpenStreetMap; the fonts are hosted on our own server.
Booking and cancellation policy
Accepted payment methods: credit or debit card, PayPal and bank transfer.
- Deposit: 50% of the total price, when booking.
- Balance: due no later than one month before arrival.
- Security deposit: taken as a card pre-authorisation. A few days before your arrival, our partner Swikly will email you to register it. Nothing is charged unless damage is found.
- Cleaning: mandatory, €69 per stay.
- Tourist tax: charged in addition: €1.27 per adult per night (2-star classified rental, City of Cannes 2026 rate); under-18s are exempt.
- Bed linen and towels: optional, €20 per person, to be chosen when booking. Free for a one-month stay.
Cancellation:
- More than 30 days before arrival: amounts paid are refunded, minus a 10% cancellation fee.
- Less than 30 days before arrival: the full price is due.
No refund is given for a shortened stay or late arrival. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
House rules
- Times: check-in from 1 pm to 7 pm, check-out before 10 am. Late arrival, on prior request: from 7 pm to 10 pm, €25 surcharge; from 10 pm to 1 am, €50 surcharge, payable on arrival.
- Capacity: 4 people maximum. Visitors may not stay overnight.
- No smoking: smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
- Pets: not allowed.
- Peace and quiet: no parties; quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, out of respect for the neighbours and the residence rules.
- Pools: open from 10 am to 7 pm, from 1 April to 1 November. Children must be supervised by their parents; no glass by the pools. Four pool access wristbands are provided in the apartment; each lost wristband will be charged €50.
- Parking: use only the space allocated to the apartment.
- The apartment: treat it as your own home, do not move the furniture and tell us promptly about any breakage or breakdown.
- Saving energy: switch off the air conditioning when windows are open and when you go out.
- Rubbish: sort it and take it to the residence bin room.
- Departure: leave the dishes clean, empty the bins, close the windows and leave the keys where you found them.
- Security: lock the door when you go out. We cannot be held responsible for the theft of items left in the apartment.
Failure to follow these rules may lead to a deduction from the security deposit, or even the early end of the stay.
